4. Legal Framework
Resawell provides online retail services to customers in multiple countries and regions. Your use of the store and any purchase made through it are subject to our Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into those Terms.
Orders placed with Resawell are processed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have non-exclusive jurisdiction as described in those Terms.
5. Consumer Protections
Nothing in this Legal Notice or another Resawell policy excludes, restricts, or waives a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived. Depending on where you live, mandatory rules may apply to product quality, conformity with description, delivery, cancellation, refunds, and other remedies.
Customers may seek general complaint information from the Hong Kong Consumer Council or contact the consumer authority or other competent body in their place of residence.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how Resawell collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information and how you may exercise applicable privacy rights.
Where applicable, we handle personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Other privacy laws may also apply depending on your location and our activities.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the Resawell name, logos, original photographs, videos, graphics, written content, and store design are owned by or licensed to Resawell and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions, together with applicable international conventions.
You may access the store for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, modifying, distributing, republishing, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works from protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless the law permits otherwise.
If you believe content on the store infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact us through our contact form or email official@resawell.com and provide enough information for us to review the concern.
8. Store Content and External Links
We take reasonable care when presenting product descriptions, availability, prices, and promotions. Actual colors and appearance may vary because of photography, lighting, display settings, materials, or other reasonable production differences. Information may be corrected or updated in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
The store may link to websites or services controlled by third parties. Those third parties are responsible for their own content, availability, security, and privacy practices. Providing a link does not by itself mean that Resawell endorses the third party.
Nothing in this section limits a warranty, liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

Please contact Resawell first so we have an opportunity to review and address your concern. Include the relevant order number, the email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue.
Contacting us does not prevent you from using any regulator, complaint process, court, or remedy available under applicable law. Depending on the issue and your location, this may include the Hong Kong Consumer Council, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, or a competent authority in your place of residence.

We may revise this Legal Notice when our business information, store operations, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
